What to expect at your next appointment! (UPDATED 4/20/23)

 

As of Monday, April 24th, Steller Hair Co will be updating our mask policy! 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we intentionally phase out our mandatory mask hours, it has given space for us to ensure everyone feels welcome, considered and safe while at our salon.

Starting Monday, April 24th we will no longer have mandatory masking hours Monday-Saturday. That being said we fully support every persons right and preference to wear a mask during their appointment and our team is ready to put one on if you would feel more comfortable having a masked service! Sundays will remain masked to provide a space for those who require that additional precaution for whatever reason.

        Due to the high volume of appointments requested, please allow 1-2 days for an email response!

      • BOOK ONLINE: Click Here!  All services scheduled online will require a credit card on file to reserve appointments. 

    • PLEASE RESCHEDULE AND POSTPONE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:

      • you are experiencing symptoms that could correlate with COVID-19 or...

      • you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last week or...

      • you are pending COVID-19 test results with active symptoms.

    • MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES INSIDE OF THE SALON! 

      • Steller Hair Company is still requiring our staff and clients wear masks while in the salon. We recognize there is no longer a mask mandate in MN. However, due to the full lack of accessibility of vaccine options for all different groups of people along with strong consideration for the close proximity we are with our guests and each other, we are requiring everyone inside the salon keep a mask on for the entirety of their visit.

    • FULL SERVICES OFFERED

      • Unless a client prefers otherwise, Shampoo/Style is included in all standard hair services!

      • Water is now available for guests, or you can bring your own beverage in a closed container! Please keep your mask on when you are not drinking!

    • WAITING AREA NOW AVAILABLE!

      • You have the option of either waiting outside until your stylist is ready, or come and sit in our waiting area! If you choose to wait outside, please check in at the desk first, or let us know you have arrived with a text message. Otherwise, please come check in with the front desk and grab a seat. Thanks!

    • WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK.  

      • Please recognize that these policies are in place because we care deeply about the health of our community. That being said, we are ready to evolve with new information!  

      • At the end of the day, we are still the same Steller, and we want your experience with us to reflect that!

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE IF A CLIENT COMES TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AND VIOLATES ANY OF THESE EXPECTATIONS, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ENTIRE STELLER COMMUNITY.
