Appointment Policies

We value creating a supportive, safe and welcoming environment for our clients, stylists, and community! In order respect YOUR time, as well as our Steller Stylist’s, we have put these policies in place. Thank you!


Cancellations

Life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you make that change at least 24 hours before your service. In the event that an appointment is cancelled/no-showed within the 24 hours, a note will be added to your file. If a cancellation/no-show happens a second time, Steller will put a hold on your online booking option, and we ask that you give us a call to set up future appointments!


Credit Card Policy

We require a credit card on file to reserve all color service appointments! This card will not be charged, unless you cancels within our 24 hour policy, or no show the appointment completely. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, or no show your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service dollar amount booked.


If you end up no-showing two or more appointments, Steller Hair will require a 50% deposit for appointments moving forward. This will allow us to reserve your spot, and will go towards the service booked!

No-Show Policy


We value your honest feedback! If there is something you are unhappy with, we want to know.

  • Unsure or unhappy about your recent hair service? You must contact Steller Hair within one week of your original appointment! This allows us to address the concern in a timely manner, and ensures that we are seeing you before your hair has time to change too much.

  • Our Front Desk Team is not responsible for deciding what determines a redo. We will schedule a consultation with your original stylist to talk through concerns, options, and solutions!

  • If a redo is the direction you and your stylist decide to go, we will ensure that you get in for the service within two weeks of your original service.
