Appointment Policies

In order to best serve our clients, and create a supportive environment for our Stylists, Steller Hair has the following policies in place:


Cancellations must be implemented 24 hours prior to service. In the event that an appointment is cancelled/no-showed within the 24 hours, Steller will document the event in the client's notes. If a cancellation/no-show occurs a second time, Steller will remove online booking from the clients options (the client will need to call in to make upcoming appointments).

If a client is a no-show for two or more appointments, Steller Hair will require a 50% deposit for appointments moving forward.

No-Show Policy

We value your honest feedback! If there is something you are unhappy with, we want to know.

  • Client must contact Steller Hair within a week of their original appointment if they are unhappy with the results from their service.
  • Our Front Desk Team is not responsible for deciding what determines a redo. We will schedule a consultation with your original stylist to talk through concerns, options, and solutions.
  • If a redo is necessary, we will ensure that you get in for the service within two weeks of your original service.

Redo Policy
